<h4>Upcoming Shows and Events</h4>

<li><strong>Streetside Classics Show</strong> 
<ul>
<li>Instead of having an actual show, the club's April meeting will be held on the 21st at the Streetside Classics location on Thorton Road.</li>
<li>Patrick Kelley will be hosting a judge's clinic at the April meeting in preparation for the Hardy Family Ford Show on May 12th.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Streetside Classics will be hosting their own show on June 2nd and will be looking to the club for entrants as well as people willing to work the show (parking, etc).</li>

<li><strong>Hardy Family Ford Show</strong> 
<ul>
<li>The show will be held May 12th from 8am - 4pm</li>
<li>Registration is from 8am - noon</li>
<li>Judging will take place from 1:00 - 3:00pm (approx)</li>
<li>Entry fees are $20. There is no preregistration.</li>
<li>Hardy Ford will be handling trophies (approx 100 for 33 classes with 3 places each).</li>
<li>Dallas Elementary PTA will be working concessions (popcorn, hotdogs, sodas, etc).</li>
<li>Hardy Ford will also be hanging large banners on their property to advertise the show.</li>
<li>This will be an MCA-modified judged show.</li>
<li>The show is open to all Ford-powered vehicles, but the emphasis is on Mustangs.</li>
<li>We need items for both goodie bags and for door prizes.</li>
<li>Dash plaques will also be given out to the first 100 registrants.&nbsp;</li>

<li><strong>Jacky Jones Tour</strong>

<li>March 24th</li>

<li>Will meet for a caravan at the IHOP exit 19 off I-575 in Canton.</li>

<li>There will be a "pit stop" in Blue Ridge.</li>
<li>We will meet Jacky at the museum at 11&nbsp; AM for the tour then go to the bar b que place down the road for lunch.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>The club was approached in October, 2011 to participate in an exterior scene for&nbsp;<em>Truth Seekers: The Music of Souls</em>&nbsp;(the second in an 8-10 part movie series).</li>
<li>Mr. Parsons has also expressed interest in filming several quick interviews with club members about their cars and experiences with Mustangs.</li>
<li>He is very confident that this opportunity will be great exposure for the club and its members.</li>

We will no longer be using a sponsorship page, but don't panic! This is acutally a good thing. Your ads will no longer be buried on their own separate page rarely ever seeing the light of day. Instead, all sponsors will be given a link to their sites on the right-hand side of our page. <em>This list will be visible on every page of the site!</em>&nbsp;What this means for you is that your business gets greater visiblity right away, and the links are shown all the time no matter what part of the site visitors are on. <p><strong>New Officers for 2012:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>President: John Knox</li>
<li>Vice President: Terry Trusdell</li>
<li>Treasurer: Gail Kelley</li>
<li>Secretary/Web/Social Media: Liz Reeder</li>
<li>MCA Liason: Joe Krumpelman</li>
<li>Newsletter Editor: Larry Prescott</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Introduction of Members:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Approximately 30 members in attendance</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Christmas Party Feedback:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Feedback for the party was favorable and members are willing to use the same location for the 2012 party.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bills Paid:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Website and MCA dues for Liz Reeder: $374</li>
<li>General Liability Insurance: $300</li>
<li>Trailer Insurance: $360</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Old Business:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>All old business was closed out before the first of the year</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>New Events:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hardy Family Ford has asked for us to participate in a show in May/June</li>
<li>We will <strong>not</strong> be having a Mazzy's show this year. This will be replaced by a possible show at <a href="http://www.streetsideclassics.com/" target="_blank">Streetside Classics</a>. Patrick Kelley will be the show chairman for this event.</li>
<li>We have also been approached by Sandy Springs Ford to have another show utilizing their covered parking. John Knox is the show chairman for that event</li>
<li>There has been a discussion about another Dyno Day at Moe's Speed Shop sometime in March. Randy Pethel is the contact for this event.</li>
<li>Lee Mathias also wants to put together a cruise to Jackie Jones Ford with a tour of his private museum in Hayesville, NC. This is tentatively set for May</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Rosters:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Historic and Current rosters will be kept by the GRMC.</li>
<li>None of the information will be made public</li>
<li>Going forward, these rosters will be augmented by members joining through the website</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Dues</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Dues are due by the end of March</li>
<li>$28 for individuals</li>
<li>$150 for businesses</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Advertising</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Patrick Kelley is working on putting together an advertising package for businesses</li>
<li>Business card-sized ad in the newsletter</li>
<li>Ad on the sponsor page of the website</li>
<li>Banner of sponsors at events</li>
<li>Possible meeting place for local businesses (start/end cruises at the business location)</li>
<li>Business advertising also includes club membership</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Window Decals</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3" Round w/GRMC logo</li>
<li>$1.53/per with a 250 minimum order</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Newsletter Contribution</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Need articles/fodder for newsletter</li>
<li>Question raised about continuing the publication</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Club Participation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Need to participate more in other area club events</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Fall Show</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>We will <strong>not</strong> be doing a show at Pioneer Ford this year</li>
<li>The club has mentioned needing to find a sponsor-neutral location with parking for 100 entrants</li>
</ul>

<li>Space for 10 cars @ 150</li>
