August Meeting Minutes

The August meeting was called to order by President John Knox on Sunday, August 19th at 3:05pm with 20 members in attendance.

OLD BUSINESS:

Treasurer's Report:
Minor expense for badges/t-shirts/jackets
$4,738.33 total

Fall Show:
Robert Young talked to Team Ford Marietta
Will get together with Terry Trusdell & the GM on Tues.
Date TBD (possibly Oct. 6 or 7)

Sandy Springs Show:

Date TBD (possibly Nov. "Toys for Tots")

Christmas Party:
Still need a venue
Capacity of 50+
First/Second weekend of December

November Meeting:
Election of new officers
Step up if you're willing to be an officer
Take over first of the year

One primary, one backup/alternate

At Disney World
Need to make reservations @ Coronado $90/night
2 free passes for Disney World
