February Meeting Minutes

The February meeting was held at Fuddruckers in Marietta and came to order at 3:15pm. Even with the rainy day, we had over 30 members attend the meeting.

Old Business

Dyno Day:
March 31st
$55/3 pulls
HP/Torque readout
Spectators welcome
Food (Mo-B-Que) will be provided by Mo's Speed Shop
5 more spots still available as of Feb. 19th
Randy Pethel is the point of contact for the event

Streetside Classics Show:
April 21st
Popular vote/not judged
Debating having classes vs. Top 20
Metal sign trophies
T-shirts as trophies were discussed, but not decided
Registration fees $20
No pre-registration

Hardy Ford
John Knox has been in contact with the GM as to when to do the show possibly in May

Fall Show
Robert Young has mentioned Mt. Perin School as a possible location
Other possiblities are welcome

Sandy Springs Show
4th of July is on a Wed
Debating on having the show the weekend before or the weekend after
Wounded Warrior car will be at Sandy Springs Ford on July 3rd
Club has been asked to escort him into the dealership

New Business

Windshield Decals
We have new round GRMC window decals
1 free with membership
$3 for additional decals

March Shows
MCA National Show in Pensacola
Cherry Blossom show in Macon same weekend (March 16th)

Facebook Group vs. Page
The GRMC group on Facebook will be deleted by the end of the month

Members are asked to update their information & include whether or not to contact for commercials, etc
