March Meeting Minutes

First, thanks to everyone who came out to Mazzy's on this drizzly day. We had a pretty good turn-out including a few new members!

And now on with the news:

Mazzy's Mustang Show: April 17th

• Volunteers will be meeting at Mazzy's Sunday April 11th @ 10:00am to
  
  • Clean up the trailer
  • Assemble goodie bags
  • Put together judging books
  • Other pre-show activities
• Prize pool
  • Mazzy's has set aside a storage area for show prizes
  • There will be games (Larry Prescott has stepped forward as the Games Coordinator)
    
    • Wheel of Fortune
    • Spark Plug Change (team event)
    • Bean Bag Toss
    • "Horse Race"
    • Pin the Gas Cap on the Mustang
  • There will also be a silent auction (Anne Martin has voluneered to head up this table)
• Trophies
  • We have between 35-48 trophies (I didn't hear the exact number due to ambient noise)
  • The show will be a popular vote
• Goodie bags
  • There will be 80-100 goodie bags for folks who register for the show
  • We still need to get goodies for the bags (pens, magnets, etc)
• Ride & Drive
  • Team Ford of Marietta will be providing 10 cars for the Ride & Drive taking place at the show
  • We need 10 volunteers to drive the cars from Team Ford to Mazzy's the morning of the show

• Setup
  • Actual set-up for the show will take place at 8:00am the morning of the show.

GRMC Trailer

• The club discussed the need for a permanent "home" for the club trailer.
• We will be looking for a storage facility that the officers can have access to

Track Day: June 5

• The GRMC will be having an open-track day June 5
